Re squeegee as soon as possible, try to work towards the nearest edge. Any residue should disappear over 72hrs.
The tint is a 10% tint that is designed to work in low light environments like when you emerge from trees into bright sunshine. The tint prevents the risk of visual whiteouts which cn cause you to crash.
